Last Saturday
Thank you to Vien Dinh who took us through a wonderful day last Saturday. Each part of the day held something special: the Dharma talk reminded us to treat every moment as the beginning of a new twenty-four hours; the walking meditation was in the park, and we had an opportunity to practice Plum Village's mindful movements routine; lunch was a delicious vegetarian curry (Thank you Honey!); and, the deep relaxation was exactly what it said it was -- very deep and very relaxing.
Thank you to everyone who attended our Mindfulness Workshop. It wouldn't have been as successful without you.
