What is meditation and Why should I do it? Cheryl will talk about some of the benefits and results of meditation practice. There will be room for questions and answers about your own meditation practice.
There will also be a teaching on the 4th Noble Truth; the path to end suffering. What daily life activities lead to peace and well-being, and how can we do more of them?
