Upcoming Practices and TeachingsSaturday,
July 21, 2012 from 10 AM - Noon
Regular practice.
If you have never been to a regular practice session, why don't you give it a try?
The opening format is the same as when we have teachings. Additionally, we do a twenty minute sitting mediation, a ten minute walking meditation, and a second twenty minute sitting meditation. This is followed by a Dharma circle with tea.
You may find that group practice is very rewarding!
